1.Maintain the internal and external surfaces of the machine tool for external maintenance. When replacing products for processing, clean the working table as appropriate, and check and smooth the burrs at any time.

2. Keep the spindle and tool magazine clean. Check the tool magazine when starting the machine. Before working, the spindle should run at low speed for 10 minutes.

3. Knife handle and knife sleeve shall be placed neatly and rust-proof. Check the screws for looseness and galling.

4. The appearance of the computer should be clean and dust-free. Clean up garbage files and tidy up folders at any time. The file name shall include (name, version, time, operator) and other information.

5. The electric cabinet shall be kept clean and dust-free.

6. Check the oil level in the oil pool for lubricating oil. The lubricating mechanism shall be in good performance, safe and reliable.

7. The coolant eliminates leakage and blockage.

8. The air duct and air gun shall be kept unblocked without air leakage.

9. The tool box and table shall be kept clean inside and outside, placed in order, and the workpiece shall be rust-proof.

10. The shelves shall be kept clean, tidy and rust-proof.
