1、 Precision machining function

Processing of shaft components

It can perform high-precision machining on various shaft components. Through precise numerical control programming, shafts with different diameters, lengths, and precision requirements can be machined. Curve contour processing

When processing complex parts, lathes can quickly and accurately replace cutting tools according to different processing procedures. For example, when machining a part that requires multiple processes such as turning outer circles, inner holes, threads, etc., the turret can change different tools in sequence according to program instructions for machining, improving machining efficiency and reducing manual tool changing time and errors.

Batch production function

Once the programming is completed, the inclined bed CNC lathe can be mass-produced. For parts of the same specification, as long as the raw materials are sequentially placed on the lathe, the lathe can repeat the processing according to the preset program.
